Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social development. This includes creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures to ensure the well-being of children.
  • Carry out routine duties independently and as part of a team.
  • Develop and implement effective caregiving approaches to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources.
  • Support the lead educator in planning and delivering activities, programs, and events.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the service.

Requirements:

  • No prior early childhood qualifications are necessary, but candidates with relevant experience will have an advantage.
  • A minimum of secondary 2 education is required, along with some experience in an assisting or support role within early childhood settings.
  • Candidates should possess a positive attitude, maturity, and a willingness to grow professionally within the early childhood sector.
  • A commitment to working immediately until December 31st, 2025 at our Jurong East location is essential.
