Early Childhood Programme Staff

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programmes and activities to promote the holistic development of preschool children. This includes providing a positive learning environment, organising and executing pre-planned indoor and outdoor learning activities, supporting the growth and development of young children, and managing care routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for children at K1 and K2 level
  • Develop and implement engaging indoor and outdoor learning activities that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Support the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of young children through play-based learning
  • Manage daily care routines to ensure the safety and well-being of young children
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment within the Centre premises

Requirements:

  • Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Patient and caring personality with a passion for working with young children
