Job Title: Aviation Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and develop safety communication strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
  • Create education and training initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate safety policy and promotion initiatives into operational processes.
  • Coordinate educational and promotional activities related to safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in planning and executing communication plans, stakeholder management, and project management.
  • A highly motivated and driven individual able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage external and internal stakeholders.
