About the Role:
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore aims to develop Singapore's air hub and aviation industry, expanding its links to the world. Our mission is to enable opportunities through aviation, connecting people and opening doors in their lives.

As a key member of our team, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing the safety of flight crew personnel licensing and training. This includes developing and reviewing policies and procedures, creating guidelines and materials related to training methodologies leading to the qualification of flight crew, instructors, and examiners. You will also oversee the approval and surveillance of flight training organizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will conduct investigations into pilots involved in incidents and accidents.

Requirements:
We are seeking individuals with good interpersonal and analytical skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Preference is given to those with experience in civil aviation management, flight operations, regulatory work, or flight training. Possession of flying experience is an added advantage. RSAF officers or overseas applicants with relevant experience in flight training or as a pilot may also be considered.

Benefits:
Candidates selected for this role will be offered a 3-year contract initially and may be considered for permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal. Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience.
