Counsellor Role Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outreach efforts to promote the Division
  • Oversee the delivery of Counselling & Therapy Service as Programme In-Charge
  • Develop and implement strategies for the growth of Counselling & Therapy Service
  • Provide assessment and intervention for clients
  • Document all case-related records

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in counselling or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience in the social service sector. They must also be a registered counsellor with a recognized professional body and have prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision.Ability to work independently but effectively collaborate in a team
