Project Overview:

The role of an Architectural Supervisor is to oversee and manage the architectural aspects of a project from inception to completion.

This includes reviewing, coordinating, and generating all architectural works, including shop drawings, to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

They will also supervise and inspect architectural works carried out by sub-contractors on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality requirements.

In addition, they will coordinate and liaise with other trades on site, carry out scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve architectural designs and plans
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and other trades on site
  • Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and quality standards
  • Supervise and inspect architectural works on site
  • Manage project schedules and timelines
  • Control costs and resources

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture from a recognized institution.

They should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.

Familiarity with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment is required.

The ideal candidate should also be familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry.
