Main Responsibilities:
- Provide front-desk duties to patients
- Prepare and dispense medications as needed
- Assist doctors during consultation sessions
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into the computer system
- Coordinate submissions for corporate and government claims
- Handle all transactions, including payments, and ensure proper documentation
- Perform basic tests on patients, such as administering urine tests
- Prompt management for low stock medications and supplies
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Maintain filing systems, coordinate appointments, and perform other administrative duties
- Any other procedures deemed fit by the doctors
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with ERP systems and office management software
- Data entry skills and attention to detail
- Cashiering and customer service experience
- Qualifications related to healthcare or nursing
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 8am-1pm, 5pm-9pm
Weekends: 8am -1pm
