Job Title: Director, Experience

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Experience & Activation to lead our regional team in strategic growth and planning excellence.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has exceptional leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the activation delivery of complex global accounts, managing cross-market activation, and ensuring high-quality campaign launches.

The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in media agency-side roles, with a strong understanding of digital channels activation and integrated media planning. They should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quarterly and annual media planning processes for regional campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Translate client objectives into feasible digital strategies with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Manage cross-market activation, including SEM, Social, and Display channels.
  • Coordinate with channel leads and cross-border teams to ensure high-quality campaign launches.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9 years in media agency-side roles, with at least 4 years in people-management and managerial roles.
  • Fluent English communication, verbal and written.
  • Experienced in integrated media planning, with a strong understanding of digital channels activation – with exceptional knowledge of conversion campaigns.
  • Significant proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders like media partners and external agencies.
