Drone Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Drone Project Manager to lead our drone training programs in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing specialized training courses, including VTOL (BVOC) training, and ensuring all contracts are executed efficiently.

Liaising with authorities, clients, and stakeholders is essential to resolving contract matters, attending coordination meetings, and ensuring safety KPIs are met. You will also oversee all UAV contracts as the management representative, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Maintaining UA-related training courseware and content in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is crucial, ensuring they are updated and relevant. Additionally, developing and delivering engaging drone training sessions, incorporating industry best practices, safety regulations, and standards, is vital to the success of our training programs.

Evaluating student learning, providing feedback, and tracking progress to maintain accurate training records is an important aspect of this role. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement is also a key responsibility.

  • This position requires a diploma or degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in training and management or at least 5 years with a degree.
  • You must hold an Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL).
  • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ALCP/ACTA) and SFA, CPR & AED certification are advantageous.
