Residential Maintenance Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of equipment and facilities in a condominium located near Yew Tee MRT area. This position requires a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong initiative, and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in solving handyman and technical problems, especially electrical wiring and lighting.
Responsibilities:- Assist the facility manager in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Attend to resident feedback, take remedial actions, or recommend courses of action to the facility manager.
- Solve common problems such as replacing lights, taps, and other handyman assignments directed by the management.
- Cooperate with the facility manager to achieve desired results.
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong initiative and good analytical skills.
- Able to work beyond normal hours for emergencies and off-in-lieu will be provided.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in solving handyman and technical problems.
- Work at height certificate.
- Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems is an advantage.
- Singapore Citizen or PR.
- 9:00am-5:30pm on weekdays.
- 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays.
- One hour lunch break every day.
