Senior Software Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Container as a Service Team, you will play a vital role in designing, enhancing, and developing our transactional platform within an agile environment.

Your responsibilities will include unit testing, code reviews, regular check-ins to ensure continuous integration practices are ingrained in your workflow, and collaborating with supportive and challenging colleagues on multiple projects focused on building real-time transactional services, REST API services, container-based services, and robust, secure, scalable systems.

You will analyze business needs, architect scalable solutions, and provide comprehensive technical documentation leveraging technologies such as Java, AngularJS, Golang, REST, and NoSQL. Your ability to balance big-picture thinking with task-focused execution will be essential in delivering new features regularly and showcasing your proficiency in programming languages, mobile technologies, quality assurance, scripting languages, and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer requirements and aligning them with business needs
  • Utilizing technologies such as Java, AngularJS, Golang, REST, and NoSQL
  • Architecting robust and scalable solutions and providing technical documentation
  • Developing and delivering new features on a frequent basis
  • Demonstrating proficiency in programming languages, mobile technologies, and quality assurance
  • Following and creating software best practices and processes
  • Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills and fostering teamwork

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in Core Java, JEE technologies, REST, and container-based technologies
  • Experience in architecting solutions with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a focus on understanding customer requirements and processes
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional work ethics and collaborative spirit
