Job Description:
Our ideal candidate will lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre, adhering to the school's policies and quality standards. They will be responsible for managing teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age-appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum.
- Lead a team to oversee daily centre operations;
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive bilingual pre-school curriculum;
- Build strong relationships with parents through effective communication;
- Ensure administrative work meets compliance and regulatory requirements.
Our education director is key to the delivery of our bilingual preschool curriculum. We are looking for an individual who can build a high-performing team and ensure that all centre operations run smoothly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as centre supervisor in pre-school or childcare setting;
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and manage people effectively;
- High sense of responsibility, positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer skills.
