Job Title:
Cadaver Training Specialist

As a Cadaver Training Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cadaveric or sawbones training sessions. This involves providing on-ground support to faculty and healthcare professionals, ensuring that all necessary equipment is functional and properly maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support during training sessions, including troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of training sessions, including the safe handling and disposal of specimens.
  • Maintain accurate records of specimen usage, tracking documents, and usage logs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance of lab equipment.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a scientific or related discipline.
  • First Aid Certification, Infection Control Training.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical clinical orthopaedics environment, or equivalent experience working directly with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a surgical or training setting.
