Cadaver Training Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cadaver Training Professional to support our training sessions.

  • Ensure the safe execution of cadaveric training sessions by providing guidance to participants and faculty members.
  • Assist with lab equipment use, ensuring optimal functionality and providing basic troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational lab environment adhering to health, safety, and infection control protocols.
  • Document any operational issues or incidents during sessions and suggest improvements for future events.
  • Oversee the storage and maintenance of surgical instruments, general tools, and lab equipment, as well as scheduling servicing and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular checks on lab tools, machinery, and backup equipment to identify wear, damage, or functional issues.
  • Collaborate in planning and forecasting of consumables, implants, and specimens based on course-specific needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials, consumables, and lab supplies to ensure adequate stock for upcoming courses.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in a scientific or related field.
  • First Aid Certification and Infection Control Training.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical clinical orthopaedics environment or equivalent experience working directly with healthcare professionals in a surgical or training setting.
