We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage motor insurance claims from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in motor insurance claims handling and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage motor insurance claims efficiently.
- Issue Letters of Demand (LODs) to third-party insurers.
- Liaise and negotiate with insurers, assessors, and related parties.
- Review claim documents and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Assist in resolving claim disputes and advising on complex cases.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up on outstanding matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in motor insurance claims handling is mandatory.
- Well-versed in motor claim procedures, LODs, and insurer negotiations.
- Retired/semi-retired professionals welcome.
- Able to work full-time or part-time (2–3 days/week).
- Meticulous, responsible, and confident in managing claims independently.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
