Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to oversee the timely completion of assigned projects. The successful candidate will plan and prepare project micro and/or master programs, liaise with subcontractors and owners, and ensure acceptable workmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise assigned projects to ensure timely completion within approved resources.
  • Plan and prepare project micro and/or master programs with indication of Critical Path.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and owners on project matters.
  • Resolve technical discrepancies and site issues.
  • Ensure acceptable workmanship and quality of projects.
  • Attend, prepare, and report on project progress, milestones, and targets during meetings.
  • Organize and chair regular site meetings with subcontractors, NSCs, and suppliers.
  • Perform other adhoc projects and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering & Construction or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in civil, structural, and architectural work.
  • PREFERRED: Work experience in Semi Detached House construction.
  • Literacy in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Knowledge in Autocad and Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
