Senior Façade Construction Specialist

Job Title: Project Engineer Facade

To lead the successful execution of façade projects, you will oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals. You will ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations, as well as QA/QC requirements.

You will convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure that all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details. Additionally, you will manage construction difficulties, safety risks, and other technical issues, prepare installation sequences and micro schedules for respective façade elements according to construction drawings, and coordinate with Main Contractors and Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues.

You will also monitor and update daily project/site progress reports, maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries, and site activities, arrange and coordinate Site Testing and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE, and manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources.

Furthermore, you will assist the Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-ups for approval.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineer works;
  • Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills;
  • Well-versed in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software;
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field, and above;
  • Singapore Citizen and Permanent Residence preferred, but foreigners with relevant experience will be considered;

Candidates with Curtain wall experience will be given preference.
