Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish contacts with house guests/long-staying guests and render assistance when necessary.
  • Make courtesy calls to guests.
  • Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transport, and general inquiries.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • O-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • A positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to perform rotating shifts.
