Job Opportunity: Ambassador of Cleanliness and Hospitality

The Ambassador of Cleanliness and Hospitality plays a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation of assigned service apartments.

This ambassador maintains a positive overall impression of the hotel by adhering to its procedures and standards.

  • Clean assigned apartments, change bed linen, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors, and replenish guest supplies according to working procedures.
  • Wash bathrooms, wash glasses, replenish towels and bathroom amenities, and empty rubbish bins.
  • Clean living rooms, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors, and replenish guest supplies.
  • Clean kitchens, appliances, equipment, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Clean internal windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Maintain Housekeeping cleaning machines and equipment in good working condition.
  • Report loss and damage to Guest Room Team Leaders for linen, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Understand mobile devices or apps to update apartment statuses.
  • Set up rollaway beds and baby-cots, deliver electrical plugs or special requests by guests.
  • Report repairs and damages in need of maintenance to Guest Room Team Leaders.
  • Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude towards guests, clients, and associates.

  • Ability to clean assigned apartments and maintain their cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices or apps for updating apartment statuses.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
