Job Title: SERVICE AMBASSADOR

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area.

You will work closely with our team to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. If you are a friendly, outgoing individual who is passionate about providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Set up and clear tables promptly and efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and input them into our Point of Sales system
  • Promote standard menu items and specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to our bar recipes and standards
  • Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating with the team
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
Requirements:
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
  • Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness to stand for long periods
