Strategic HR Professional for Office Administration

We are seeking a Strategic HR Professional to join our team at ATL MAINTENANCE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining employee records, administering HR duties, coordinating training sessions, and managing office premise access.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be handling various administrative tasks related to HR, including preparation of offer letters, employment verification letters, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files and HR databases.
- Administer HR duties such as preparing offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment verification letters.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Manage office premise access for new staff and leavers, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with labor regulations, compliance, and HR management practices, with ability to apply knowledge effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Availability to work a standard 5-day week, with possibility of occasional overtime as required.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
