Job Description

As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing hardware inventory within our organization. You will work closely with laboratory staff and procurement teams to ensure accurate documentation of all inventory transactions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records for hardware materials, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, performing regular audits, and ensuring timely receipt of deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A high level of proficiency in inventory control principles and best practices is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
* Proven experience in inventory management within a life sciences or laboratory setting;
* Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices;
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
