Storekeeper - Data Centre Hardware & IT Products

Full time, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

In charge of daily tasks related to inventory and storage area

Light duties, no forklift required

Aircon storage environment

**Responsibilities**

Receive and inspect incoming goods, process and put away items

Update records and manage data in the Warehouse Management System

Coordinate domestic and international shipments with external stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records

Conduct regular inventory check and stock cycle count

Ensure the storage area is clean and well-organised

Assist in dismantling IT hardware according to guidelines

Support preparation of outbound orders (picking, scanning, packing)

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in store management, warehouse supervision, or similar roles

Good knowledge of IT products or data centre hardware (servers, switches)

Proficient in warehouse management system (WMS)

Experience with forwarder booking and follow-up

Physically fit and able to handle loads up to 20kg

Hands-on, dynamic, and proactive

Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain records

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook and Excel)
