Job Overview

Maintaining and troubleshooting hardware infrastructure and systems is a crucial part of this role. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide corrective maintenance for hardware and software failures.
  • Assist in restoring system functionality to its operational condition.
  • Monitor and maintain records of system operational availability, reliability, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime duration.
  • Support field testing by conducting software testing and verifying correct system configuration.
  • Manage spares provisioning, support equipment, and other tools.
  • Undertake storekeeping functions including receipt, issue, and disposal of spares.
  • Carry out serviceability checks on spares and address faults promptly.
  • Monitor end-of-life and end-of-support status of spares and installed hardware.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on hardware to ensure it operates within specified conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting network, security, server, and UPS.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting mission-critical systems.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Prior experience in Server, Network, Uninterruptible Power System, Security products, Firewall, PIM, PAM, and Server Virtualization.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
  • Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude.
  • Open to working at Changi Airport and shift timings.
  • Good listening and analytical skills.
  • Hardworking, outgoing, and enthusiastic.

  • Team player with ability to work independently.
