They will be responsible for deploying PCs and notebooks to users, installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and software, troubleshooting all hardware peripherals, and auditing PCs and notebooks for software compliance.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to check backup jobs to disaster recovery sites and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum diploma in computer science or information technology related disciplines, with at least 3-5 years of experience as an IT system administrator or similar role. You will also need to be familiar with Windows systems and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage network infrastructure, PC desktops, and hardware peripherals
  • Deploy PCs and notebooks to users
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot all hardware peripherals
  • Audit PCs and notebooks for software compliance

Requirements:
