Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Lead Engineer in AI Infrastructure. This role will play a pivotal part in the design, development, and integration of accelerated computing solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure hosting infrastructure services for Home Team operations.

Job Description:
  • Design, Build, and Sustain On-Premise AI & Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and implement cutting-edge AI and cloud infrastructure solutions to meet the diverse needs of public safety and security applications.
  • Innovate with Lean Infrastructure Operations: Leverage principles of Lean infrastructure operations to manage high-performance computing environments, including GPU and advanced compute clusters, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure Scalability, Reliability, and Security: Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and security of digital infrastructure resources to support diverse user software and AI/ML workloads.
  • Implement Best Practices: Implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and version control to ensure efficient and secure infrastructure deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computing: A degree in Computing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential for this role.
  • 2-5 Years of Experience in Infrastructure Engineering: Strong experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on software development, software engineering, and/or AI engineering.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Platforms and On-Premises Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure is required.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
