We are seeking an accomplished Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to lead our regional team of cybersecurity experts. This role will drive strategic initiatives, enablement, and technical service delivery across the region.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of cybersecurity specialists. You will also act as the technical lead for security pre-sales and enablement initiatives, delivering impactful technical presentations, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and security assessments.

You will partner with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies and solution positioning. Additionally, you will manage and grow partner technical relationships, develop and standardize service offerings, SOPs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Lead a team of cybersecurity specialists and provide guidance on strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the technical lead for security pre-sales and enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver technical content, including presentations, POCs, and security assessments.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to support go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and grow partner technical relationships.
  • Develop and standardize service offerings, SOPs, and SOWs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' technical experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity. They will have strong expertise in security technologies, certifications preferred. The candidate should also have proven experience in pre-sales, technical enablement, and partner development.

They will need to demonstrate familiarity with security architecture, network protocols, and cloud security. Excellent communication skills are required.
