    • Prepare weekly staff schedules considering anticipated business, operating needs, and service standards.

  • Banquet/Events Management:

    • Assist in managing banquet/events operations, including product quality, cost controls, and overall profitability.
    • Supervise food and beverage setup and cleanup.
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing all banquet functions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
    Requirements:
    • Minimally a Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management (Food & Beverage).
    • Additional certifications in Food & Beverage advantageous.
    • Well-versed in English and Mandarin, with ability to speak other languages advantageous.
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Ideal candidate has proven track record in managing over 100-seater all-day dining restaurant operations.
    • Result-oriented.
