We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Leader to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts in driving business expansion and revenue growth. This pivotal role will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Lead and nurture the sales and marketing team, facilitating growth and development within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with clients to drive long-term success.
  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, ensuring progress aligns with targets.
  • Prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Data Center Equipment sector.
  • Proven track record of closing sales in Data Center Equipment, with specific references to past projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
  • Regional (Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand) experience in the Data Center Industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in hosting exhibitions is beneficial.
  • Possession of own transport is required.
