Job Title: Quality Assurance and Control Manager

As a key member of our organization, the Quality Assurance and Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work performed on site adheres to our Integrated Management System, specifications, and relevant legislative requirements. This role involves implementing and improving our Quality Management System to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality plans and inspection & test plans for projects;
  • Liaise with consultants, owners, and subcontractors to ensure quality works are carried out on site;
  • Monitor and coordinate site works such as RC piling, bore piling, pile load tests, and concrete strength tests with operations teams;
  • Coordinate design and construction drawings with civil, M&E consultants, and construction teams to identify site constraints and resolve technical issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A diploma or degree in engineering or a construction-related field;
  • At least 10 years of QAQC experience in EPC projects;
  • Experience in wastewater, desalination, water utility package projects is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of inspection procedures for pressure vessels, FRP tanks, rotating equipment such as pumps;
  • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with people from all levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel;
  • Ability to work at a construction site and travel to vendor locations when required.
