We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Freelance Early Childhood Educator to provide individualized educational programs for young children aged 2 to 6.

Key Responsibilities
  • ">Plan and implement comprehensive early childhood educational programs that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children with varying abilities.
  • Design engaging activities that promote creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to provide updates on the child's progress and offer guidance on how to extend learning at home.
  • Stay up-to-date with current early childhood education practices, particularly in working with children with special educational needs (SEN).

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of child development, early learning principles, and SEN support. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
