Job Title: Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our early childhood development initiatives. As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to a team of practitioners in delivering high-quality services to children from low-income families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in the early childhood development sector. They will also possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of practitioners to deliver the KidSTART program, ensuring fidelity and quality of implementation.
  • Develop and implement training programs for practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, and community partners, to promote the well-being of children.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure program output and outcome indicators are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the early childhood development sector.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Motivated to promote the professional development of staff.
  • Possesses a keen interest in parenting and child development.
