Early Childhood Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Development Specialist.

This role involves working with children aged 4 to 6 years old, planning and executing engaging programs and activities that promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement developmental programs and activities that meet the needs of children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with children and parents to support their overall well-being
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment in accordance with established standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Evaluate progress and provide timely interventions to address any concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) certification or equivalent
  • Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)
