Early Childhood Education Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum and programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing family and community programs, conducting routine caregiving tasks, and ensuring the overall development and wellbeing of children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum and programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and community members.
  • Manage and coordinate family and community programs that promote child development and wellbeing.
  • Provide routine caregiving tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and putting children to bed.
  • Evaluate and assess the progress of children in their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.

Requirements:

  • EDCA LON (L1/L2) certification is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is necessary.
