Senior Channel Sales Manager Position

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

As Senior Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the organization's indirect sales channels across the APAC region. This includes identifying and delivering channel initiatives to drive revenue growth, building and optimizing relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners, and collaborating with partners on business and sales plans.

  • Design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10+ years experience in channel management or B2B sales within the financial technology sector
  • A proven track record of driving sales through channel partners across multiple APAC markets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and cross-cultural skills
  • The ability to build trust among diverse partners and work collaboratively with internal teams
Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in English is essential, and additional Asian language skills are highly valued.

Work Environment:

This role will be based out of the Singapore Office, and significant travel across the APAC region is often required to manage partner relationships and drive initiatives on the ground.
