Technical Machine Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Machine Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and routine servicing of vending machines at client sites.
  • Performing regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines are in top condition.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for spare parts and technical support when needed.
  • Keeping clear records of servicing, repairs, and parts used.
  • Supporting the sales and operations teams with technical input during deployments.
  • Providing friendly guidance to clients on basic machine care and use.

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • 2+ years' experience in equipment servicing, vending machines, coffee machines, or related appliances.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Mandarin a plus for supplier/client interactions).
  • Possess a valid driving license or motorbike license (preferred, but not mandatory).
