Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated system 3R tooling expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and application solutions for precision machining processes, ensuring optimal performance in manufacturing.

The role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience with tooling systems, and the ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and application expertise for system 3R tooling and automation systems, including setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their machining requirements and recommend appropriate system 3R tooling solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and workshops for clients and internal teams on the use of system 3R products.
  • Assist in the design and development of custom tooling solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of system 3R products into customer workflows.
  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of system 3R systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A minimum diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in precision machining, tooling systems, or a related engineering role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of system 3R tooling systems or similar automation/tooling technologies is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively are necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and cross-functional teams are required.
