This role will involve the design and optimization of L2/L3 software architectures for commercial base stations.


About the Role:

  • Develop high-quality L2/L3 protocol layers for base station development.
  • Collaborate with operators to understand their requirements and develop corresponding solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize 5G base station L2/L3 protocol stacks to ensure network performance and stability.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in commercial network R&D, focusing on 5G technologies and base station development.
  • Strong understanding of protocols such as NR, RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC, and their interaction mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Python) and related 5G development tools.
