We are seeking an expert in 5G protocol stack design and implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial base station development, particularly with a background in major telecom equipment providers such as Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, etc.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves close collaboration with operators to meet their requirements, as well as handling protocol stack software requirements communication, architecture design, development, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: Deeply understand the commercial 5G network requirements for L2/L3 protocol stacks and develop corresponding solutions.
  • L2/L3 Protocol Software Development: Leverage extensive experience to handle requirements analysis, solution design, participate in the design and implementation of the base station L2/L3 protocol layers to ensure high-performance solutions.
  • Problem Diagnosis & Resolution: Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing the 5G base station L2/L3 protocol stack, ensuring network performance and stability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in 5G base station and protocol stack design, particularly L2/L3 protocol layers and their architecture.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Python) and related 5G development tools.
  • Protocols: In-depth knowledge of key 5G protocols such as RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, strong teamwork and leadership abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
