Job Title: Wellness Operations Director

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wellness center. This involves managing staff schedules, appointments, and customer flow to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of wellness professionals to meet quality and service standards. Your excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

In addition to operational management, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing complaints, and implementing feedback measures. You will also oversee inventory and supplies management, ensuring that we have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain health and safety compliance by ensuring that our team follows strict protocols and guidelines. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and service quality are crucial in this role.
