  2. Qualifications: Hold MAS-required qualifications to provide advice on insurance matters.
  3. Skillset: Possess strong people skills for managing a team, effective communication skills, tact, and patience to handle clients in a competitive class of business.
  4. Multitasking: Be able to multitask, work collaboratively, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
  5. Independence: Work independently and interact with different levels of customers.
