**The Responsibilities**:

- Underwrite motor retail, fleet, and scheme business within delegated underwriting authority
- Review monthly renewal business for pricing adequacy and claims cases for optimized portfolio and profitability
- Service allocated producers (agents and brokers) to provide them with underwriting queries support, for quotations, and referral risks
- Actively support the production of good and profitable motor retail business, including Fleet and Motor schemes
- Lead projects to improve processes

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Motor Insurance Products
- Strong ability to learn and retain procedural information
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to consistently deliver high productivity, exceptional customer service, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work without supervision and be self-motivated
- Consistently present a professional and positive approach
- Good command of English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
