Accounting Specialist Role

As an experienced Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete financial cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll processing, and human resources administration. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing trends and providing insights
  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively
  • Support GST submissions and corporate tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage payroll processing, CPF submissions, and staff leave matters
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties, maintaining positive relationships
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing full set of accounts, with expertise in payroll processing and HR administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and ability to work independently
