Customer Service Executive (Korean Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team at Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and coordinate customer orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Collaborate with internal staff and stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company products and services
  • Generate and process new sales leads as necessary
  • Update product information in our system and manage product expiry dates
  • Compile and generate monthly reports for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the food industry
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Business-level Korean language proficiency required
