Customer Service and Shipment Manager

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service and Shipment Manager. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless import/export operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the entire shipment process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns proactively
• Analyze and resolve complex logistical issues, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments
Requirements:
A minimum Diploma in Logistics or related discipline is required, along with 2-3 years of airfreight experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
