About the Role

This position reports to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing and Digital Ecosystem and is part of the dynamic Marketing & Creative team.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Marketing, Design, Web, Curatorial, and Programming teams—to develop compelling, high-quality content that aligns with the Gallery's mission and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a cohesive content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring an engaging and consistent house style.
  • Support content transformation initiatives, such as website optimization and digital storytelling enhancements, working to strengthen the Gallery's online presence and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and divisional stakeholders to develop and manage a content calendar for website content, EDMs, and digital platforms, ensuring timely and coordinated content deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in content writing, editing, or digital content strategy, with a proven track record of producing high-quality, engaging, and optimized content.
  • Strong editorial and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive audience engagement and retention.
