Electronics Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the electronics industry.

Job Description:

As an Electronics Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with suppliers to negotiate the best possible quotations and delivery dates. You will also be responsible for handling supplier relationships, updating customers on delivery status, and managing reschedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with suppliers to get the best quotation and delivery dates.
  • Handle supplier relationship.
  • Update customers on delivery and manage reschedules.
  • Follow up logistics arrangements and payments.
  • Prepare Purchase order, Sales order from ERP.
  • Support customers with product certifications for ROHS, MSDS etc.
  • Assist sales team in fulfilling customer requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed as an Electronics Support Professional, you must possess a strong understanding of the electronics industry and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have experience working with CRM and ERP systems, as well as being proficient in EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK.
