If you have a proven track record of providing top-notch support, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are eager to learn and grow with us, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Backend Support: Provide timely and effective backend support to ensure seamless operations
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and electronic communications
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Order Notification: Expedite orders and keep customers updated on shipments
  • Order Management: Manage open orders and ensure they meet customer requirements
  • Customer Assistance: Advise customers on upcoming schedules, shipments, and discrepancies
  • Follow-up: Follow up on critical orders to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Samples: Handle sample requests
  • Logistics: Coordinate with customers and logistics department for shipping

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience in customer support
  • Industry Experience: Preferably in the electronics industry
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language: Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiencies: Proficient in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications
