Job Title: Control Room Operations Manager

Required Skills:

  • No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Fundamental knowledge of web-based user interfaces is crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
  • Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills are vital in this fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer orientation, collaboration, proactivity, and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
  • Minimum qualification: 5 GCE O-Levels or Diploma
