Plan and Execute Iconic Events

Gardens by the Bay is a premier destination for horticulture and garden artistry, bringing the world of plants to Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing our Calendar of Events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading or curating large-scale festivals and events, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. A degree or diploma in a relevant field is advantageous, but not mandatory. Key responsibilities include conceptualisation, planning, administration, procurement, budget management, and execution.

  • Conceptualise and Plan Events: Develop innovative event concepts, plan and coordinate logistics, and collaborate with industry and community partners to deliver memorable experiences.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee major projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional outcomes.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including local and international communities, and internal teams to drive programme implementation and marketing.

A good knowledge of project management, including planning, execution, and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role. Additionally, excellent writing and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
